Shipping policy
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States, including PO Boxes.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS depending on package size and destination.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $25: $6.95 flat rate
- Orders $25–$99.99: $9.95 flat rate
- Orders $100 and over: FREE
PO Boxes We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Please note that larger packages may not fit directly in your box — in that case, USPS will hold your package at your local post office and leave a pickup notice in your PO Box.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary by carrier and location. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages Bubble Dance Soapery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the buyer. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or others at your address
- Contacting your local post office or UPS location
- Filing a claim directly with the carrier
If you believe your package was stolen, please file a report with your local police department. We encourage customers to consider purchasing shipping insurance or requiring a signature at delivery for high-value orders.
